Job Summary

Viatris is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our team on a maternity leave basis. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the company's quality management system, focusing on document management, deviation and CAPA management, quality metrics, and review of PQRs.
  • Provide support in the homologation of suppliers and technical contract management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality policies, procedures, and training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or a related discipline.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of GMPs/GDPs.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Trackwise, and/or Documentum is highly valued.
