About the Role

As a Business Process Transformation Specialist at Forterro, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our ERP solutions. Your mission will be to drive positive changes in our clients by proposing lasting solutions and building trust-based relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our expert programmers to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for key users and present solutions to clients.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in ERP implementation or similar software in the manufacturing industry.
  • Functional knowledge of production, planning, logistics, purchasing, and sales modules.
  • Experience in the manufacturing environment.
  • Native/Fluent level of written and verbal communication in Spanish.
  • Good level of written and verbal communication in English.
  • Desirable: Technical expertise and knowledge of Catalan.
