Chief Security Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Security Officer to join our team at Tunstall Spain. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, privacy, and compliance of our operations on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities- Security Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks associated with both internal and external factors.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to security, including GDPR.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor the security and compliance teams globally.
- Security Awareness and Education: Promote security awareness throughout Tunstall, upskilling, and educating colleagues as required.
- Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop, execute, and deliver a comprehensive cybersecurity and information security strategy.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with the Group IT team to ensure the organisation is protected against cyber threats.
- Third-Party Risk Management: Evaluate and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors and partners.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in cyber and information security, in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software as a service (SaaS) products and on-premise technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
