El District Manager es responsable de establecer objetivos de ventas y asegurarse de su consecución. También elabora presupuestos anuales y los sigue de cerca. Analiza datos numéricos de HE Fragances para el canal y define KPIs para medir el desempeño. Asegura una correcta gestión del punto de venta, incluyendo inventarios, devoluciones y CRM. Establece objetivos de ventas para su equipo y los monitorea. Controla los gastos de las líneas del P&L y colabora con las marcas de HE Fragances. Analiza las ventas y elabora reportes necesarios.
Liderazgo del equipo:El District Manager lidera su equipo directo y la red de ventas de HE Fragances para el canal. Desarrolla y motiva las habilidades de su equipo y asegura la correcta gestión del punto de venta. Forma y sigue al equipo a través de los canales establecidos y gestiona la información de los empleados en los sistemas. Colabora con RRHH en la gestión del equipo y asegura la correcta implantación de los procesos. Asegura la correcta sintonía en los equipos y gestiona las posibles incidencias.
Optimización del negocio:El District Manager interlocuye con ECI para el funcionamiento de las marcas asignadas dentro del canal. Diseña y ejecuta planes de activación retail y participa en programas para la activación de palancas dentro del corte inglés. Asegura la visión estratégica y de negocio para el equipo y la empresa. Identifica y desarrolla las habilidades y necesidades formativas de otros. Establece relaciones de colaboración con los demás y es capaz de comunicarse de manera efectiva. Asegura la flexibilidad frente al cambio y la adaptación. Trabajo en equipo es fundamental en este rol.
