About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Marketing team in Barcelona. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of creatives and external agencies to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a creative team in Barcelona and external agencies in the US and EU to deliver creative projects
  • Oversee the daily tracking of creative projects, ensuring utilization, budgets, and quality goals are met
  • Work closely with the Strategy and RPG Team to deliver a high number of projects per month
  • Own the management of game asset development with internal and external teams
  • Direct the creative team on asset development, organize queues, and manage asset delivery
  • Effectively balance multiple high-priority assignments and allocations for the creative department
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and creative teams on priorities and deadlines
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Project and Creative Management experience in advertising, creative services, or production
  • Strong experience in managing creative teams and external agencies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
