TYS Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping professional to lead a team of 7 experienced interior staff on a 75m private yacht.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the vessel.
• Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless execution of duties.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Chief Stew and other department heads to ensure a cohesive and efficient onboard experience.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for housekeeping staff, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in housekeeping, preferably on a yacht or in a similar environment.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
