About the Role
We are seeking a German Speaking Freelance Recruiter to play a crucial role in finding talented individuals who possess the language fluency and skills necessary to thrive in consumer services industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive candidate sourcing through various channels to identify German-speaking professionals in the consumer services industry.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their language proficiency and qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a strong network of language professionals to facilitate efficient candidate placement.
- Utilize industry-specific job boards and recruitment platforms to advertise job openings and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Provide guidance and support during the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to final selection.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment procedures.
Requirements
