Job Opportunity:
A challenging position as Electronic Manufacturing Production Engineer and Process Development Specialist is now available in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) for various Space business units, including Launchers and Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Technical Team focused on:

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and verify production procedures and processes,
- Support the implementation of industrial means and start-up,
- Provide troubleshooting support on the shop floor,
- Improve manufacturing methods and processes, and implement best practices for Quality, Cost, and Time,
- Participate in multifunctional teams for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, KCs,
- Optimize and balance workflow using Standard Time Methods and simulations,
- Optimize layout, material chain, and management in the shop floor,
- Support and deploy continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen, PPS, and define industrial means requirements,
- Organize workload in the shop floor, develop time, cost, and quality KPIs.
Requirements:
Education: Higher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautics, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering Methods, Tools, and Processes for Electronic Boards,
- At least 2 years of experience in production environments (production of electronics boards/units will be appreciated).
Soft Skills:
- Disciplined and methodical person with negotiation skills for diverse teams,
- Trainer and pedagogic skills,
- Proactivity, organization, autonomy, and adaptability to change,
- Knowledge in ERP and SPC processes,
- Knowledge in specific IT tools used in planning: Excel/MSProject,
- Knowledge in Standard line balancing methods and simulations,
- Experience in using SAP will be highly valued.
