Job Summary:

1st / 2nd Line Datacenter System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter System Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Datacenter System Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our international customers, both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept, register, and resolve server hardware-related issues for our customers.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems using technical expertise and diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English languages.
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line support, preferably in a datacenter environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Linux operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of system management, including networks, servers, and databases.
