About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Specialist to join our team at Avanade. As a key member of our ERP team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
  • Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to ensure the system works as needed
  • Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping
  • Work with the technical team to ensure client needs are incorporated into specifications and functions
  • Create or evaluate a breakdown of client business processes to identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
  • Document settings and prepare clients to use the system
  • Support testing the proposed system and train users
Requirements
  • Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner
  • Passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
