Job Summary

Vodafone is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cloud architects and DevOps engineers to design and build Cloud & Edge products and enabler platforms for private and public sector customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Cloud architects and DevOps engineers to design and build Cloud & Edge products and enabler platforms for private and public sector customers.
  • Support the development of Cloud & Edge offerings within Vodafone Business Platforms and Products.
  • Production and maintenance of architecture/design documents for solutions and roadmaps for their desired end-states.
  • Capturing, documenting, and sharing Architecture best practices and building and maintaining relationships with other Architecture areas within Vodafone.
  • Providing guidance to product and solution designers that are contributing to the Cloud & Edge Architecture or making use of it for Customer Solutions.
  • Developing cross-technology architecture strategy through the formation of working groups relating to enterprise product and business system technologies.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated/self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills (up to C-Level) and the ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with business users and stakeholders at all levels.
  • 5+ years of working within a technology organization in a similar role, leading end-to-end solution development/solution assurance and leading matrix teams.
  • Deep understanding and experience in the application and development of products/strategies relating to Cloud technology with focus on Azure and AWS.
  • Understanding and experience in the application of Architecture frameworks and techniques.
  • Experience in implementing and adapting architecture techniques within multiple delivery scenarios.
