The individual will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, meticulously recording and reconciling invoices against purchase orders, and ensuring precise reconciliations of all financial activities.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate recording of A/P invoices and reconciliation with purchase orders, as well as managing incoming and outgoing payments.
- Payment Processing: Prepare payment suggestion forms, initiate the payment approval process, and execute payments accordingly.
- Payroll Management: Reconcile and record monthly payroll accurately.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare statutory forms and reports for external providers.
- Financial Analysis: Generate monthly reports and conduct detailed analyses against budget and forecasts.
- Forecasting: Develop monthly forecasts and contribute to the yearly budget planning.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Address and resolve discrepancies across all accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and collaborate with auditors.
- Periodic Reporting: Generate reports in line with corporate guidelines.
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Experience with SAP software is preferred.
- Proficient in payroll processing and knowledgeable about relevant laws.
- Fluency in English is required.
