The Health and Life Sciences team at Microsoft is dedicated to creating an efficient and connected healthcare ecosystem. We're seeking a skilled Data Annotation Specialist to work on projects in the Research and Development Organization, specifically in the Health and Life Sciences Platform Team.
As a Data Annotation Specialist, you'll be responsible for transcribing, translating, and editing medical records and reports in various European languages, including German, French, and Dutch. You'll need to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in your target language or multiple languages (polyglot), as well as a solid understanding of medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and country-specific standards and regulations.
You'll work closely with stakeholders from Data, Research, and Supplier teams to provide feedback, update guidelines, and monitor quality and progress of tasks. Effective communication is key in this role, as you'll need to communicate fluently and accurately in both spoken and written forms, handling complex and specialized vocabulary, grammar, and syntax.
