Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Director to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving market success and customer delight.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with Infinit's overarching goals and objectives.
- Roadmap Management: Take ownership of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on rigorous analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs through comprehensive market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept through to launch.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches with comprehensive go-to-market strategies, sales enablement initiatives, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance against targets.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to commercialization.
- Team Leadership: Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in guiding and developing high-performing product teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach, adept in market research, competitive analysis, and product metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker capable of balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
