Job Description

At Antal International, a leading direct talent search agency with a global presence, we are seeking a highly skilled consultant to manage selection processes and business development for our clients in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Conduct direct searches for top talent and publish job offers on major job portals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate resumes, conduct telephone, telematic, and face-to-face interviews, and prepare comprehensive candidate reports.
  • Present and defend candidate recommendations to clients, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing consulting.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven individual with a passion for human resources consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good level of English proficiency.
