We are in search of a proactive individual to join our Design & Technical team as a Specialist. This position is vital to our extensive project pipeline throughout Europe. As a Design & Technical Specialist, you will play a significant role in the execution and transition of various design hotel projects, encompassing both existing structures and new developments, while ensuring compliance with Radisson Hotel Group standards across all locations.
Reporting directly to the Area Senior Technical Director, your responsibilities will include overseeing projects through the Radisson Hotel Group approval processes, ensuring adherence to design standards, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary duties will encompass project management from inception to completion, upholding brand standards, providing technical assistance for renovations, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Nationally recognized academic qualifications in Architecture or Engineering. 1-2 years of experience in managing large-scale projects as an architect/engineer or project manager. Proficiency in written and spoken English and German is essential. Certified architectural or technical degree. Willingness to travel within Europe.
