Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team in Madrid. As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability by providing financial expertise and strategic guidance to our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Financial Guidance: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the company's budget to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing and sales teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified accountant with a strong background in finance and accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
