Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and drive digital transformation initiatives. As a champion of project management and agile best-practices, you will define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution. You will conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope.
  • Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role managing large teams in software development, web technologies, or eCommerce.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, with strong organizational skills and the capability to adjust priorities effectively.
