About the Role

Lime is seeking a highly skilled Repair Efficiency Manager to join our Operations Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to improve warehouse processes, enhance fleet reliability, and drive quality standards globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven process improvements to optimize team performance, labor planning, and cost initiatives.
  • Contribute significantly to the planning process, including the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize warehouse and process design, productivity, and data tools using Lean Six Sigma concepts.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement within our warehouse teams, challenging and systematically improving warehouse SOPs.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions, including product, logistics, and mechanic managers, to continuously improve processes on the warehouse floor and transactionally.
Requirements
  • Permission to work in Poland is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment.
  • Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL, and database queries.
  • Travel is an important part of the role, expected at approximately 40%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in management or operations.
  • Lean certification.
