About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Importante empresa. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct Market Research

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and social demographic trends.

Develop Data-Driven Insights

Use social media and web analytics tools to conduct research and strategic processes, and provide clients with access to all such information, analysis, and recommendations.

Optimize Platform Performance

Collaborate with the content and creative teams to optimize the platform in terms of content, messages, formats, and duration, based on the insights and learning that emerge from the reports.

Provide Data Visualization

Use data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner, and provide clients with regular reports on platform performance.

Requirements

  1. Experience in Web Analytics

Experience in web analytics and channel and content performance related to social media.

High-Level English

High level of English (direct contact with international clients).

Marketing Agency Experience

Experience in marketing agencies, advertising, digital, and digital research or market research.

Data Visualization Tools

Experience with data visualization tools and strategic thinking and focus on results.

Communication Skills

Strong communication and public presentation skills, and ability to work with APIs and feel confident challenging and developing technical solutions.
