Team Overview: Our Lifecycle Marketing team is a dynamic group of professionals focused on optimizing the customer journey for both pet parents and sitters. We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Lead to spearhead our communication strategy for pet sitters, ensuring effective messaging throughout their lifecycle stages, including Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy for our Pet Sitter audience, identifying key projects and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Develop and refine Pet Sitter Lifecycle Journey campaigns.
  • Establish and enhance the Pet Sitter Communication strategy.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the Sitter audience, collaborating with analytics and consumer research teams.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the Pet Sitter customer experience.
  • Design annual learning agendas and conduct experiments to drive engagement.
  • Prioritize projects based on business impact and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates.
  • Create business briefs for new lifecycle strategy implementations.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to design cohesive customer journey maps.
  • Liaise with product and marketing stakeholders on go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure timely execution of all Pet Sitter campaigns in partnership with Lifecycle Operations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Set and manage quarterly OKRs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in Lifecycle and/or CRM marketing with a focus on strategy.
  • Proven ability to create strategic roadmaps that drive audience engagement.
  • Successful track record in implementing acquisition and engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with large Email Service Providers (ESP), preferably Iterable.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to develop customer journey maps.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking and partnership abilities.
  • Experience in defining and analyzing marketing campaign metrics.
  • Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current lifecycle marketing trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
