As an Interior Designer at Bluequo, your mission is to create interior spaces that epitomize sophistication, design, and functionality. You will work hand-in-hand with our architectural and construction teams to ensure that the interiors of our luxury residences are a harmonious blend of aesthetics and practicality.
Key Responsibilities- Space Design: Create functional and aesthetic floor plans and layouts, maximizing the use of space and available opportunities.
- Knowledge of Materials: Familiarity with a wide range of high-quality materials, from fabrics and coverings to surfaces and finishes.
- Visual Communication: Communicate design ideas through sketches, models, mood boards, 3D renderings, and visual presentations.
- Furniture Knowledge: Deep understanding of designer furniture, its style, and functionality.
- Color and Texture: Ability to harmoniously and attractively combine colors and textures.
- Construction Documentation: Create precise construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Planning and Budgeting: Develop design plans that align with established budgets.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Site Supervision: Monitor the implementation of the design on-site and address any issues that arise during the construction or installation phase.
- Style Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of interior design styles, from classic and contemporary to minimalist and eclectic.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and apply them appropriately.
- Regulations and Codes: Understand local regulations and codes related to construction and safety in interior design.
- Years of Experience: +5 years.
- Interior Design Studio: Villas and luxury residential projects.
- Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages is a plus.
- Open to frequent travel.
