Job Description

Crealogix Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Tester to join our team. As a Senior QA Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute detailed manual test cases on desktop and mobile applications to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with the development team to report, track, and resolve defects efficiently, ensuring high-quality software delivery
  • Work closely with QA Analysts to design and develop comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the software, including edge cases and potential failure points
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of test plans and strategies, ensuring all features are thoroughly tested before release
  • Maintain a high standard of quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement in both the testing process and the product itself
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, focused on web and mobile application testing
  • Strong understanding of both QA and software development lifecycles, with the ability to integrate testing processes seamlessly into the overall development process
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English (at least a B2 level), with the ability to clearly document test cases, defects, and reports
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Test Management tools, with a proven ability to manage and document testing activities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring all potential issues are identified and addressed before product release
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle ad-hoc requests and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who works flexibly and collaboratively, with a focus on achieving the overall success of the team and the project

  • Test Automation
  • Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium and Appium, with the ability to work closely with automation teams
  • Integrated Development Environment (IDE)
  • Experience working with IDEs such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, or similar tools, allowing for a better understanding of the development environment and processes
  • Functional Analysis
  • Experience in functional analysis and test case design, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all test scenarios
  • Continuous Learning
  • A desire to stay updated with the latest trends in QA and software development, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
