About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer to join our Industrial Automation team in the Iberia region. As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team, Key account customers, and channel partners in the North area of Iberia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Team and Customers

Provide technical assistance and support to our Sales team, Key account customers, and channel partners in the North area of Iberia.

Product Training and Support

Deliver product training and technical support to channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively sell and implement our Industrial Automation products.

Application Support and Commissioning

Support channel partners with the application and commissioning of our Industrial Automation products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Reporting and Analysis

Regularly report to the Sales Manager and Field Application Team on the status of assigned activities, potential issues, and market trends.

Market Analysis and Trend Reporting

Conduct benchmarking analysis and report on technology and feature trends related to Industrial Automation products and solutions.

Requirements
  • Language Proficiency

Native Spanish language or very fluent.

Education and Experience

Technical high school diploma or Engineering University degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Industrial Automation products, including PLC, HMI, motion controller, inverter, servo, and CODESYS.

Industry Knowledge

Knowledge of industrial automation applications, including packaging machines and other OEMs in various vertical markets.

Additional Skills

Experience with Robot SCARA and Vision System is a plus.
