As a Food and Beverage Server at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve serving food courses and alcoholic beverages, setting tables according to type of event and service standards, and answering questions on menu selections.

You will also be responsible for communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. Additionally, you will need to record transactions in the MICROS system at time of order and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.

Other responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day, and completing closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
