HR Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic team at G-Star. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our staff in the Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa, and Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee records, including hiring, terminations, promotions, and contract changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Administer HR systems, Daywize and Quinyx, to ensure seamless processes and timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures, including parental and special leaves, to employees and HR Business Partners.
  • Support HR Business Partners in handling long-term sickness cases and applying for sickness benefits.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, aligning with personal learning goals and interests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on employee records management and HR system administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and HR Business Partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
