We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Polish Content Reviewer to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Content Moderator Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and engaging experience for users on our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines
  • Utilize advanced English and Polish language skills to evaluate content for accuracy and relevance
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve content-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to provide informed content moderation
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform's features and functionality

Requirements

  • Advanced Polish language skills (C2 level) and proficiency in English
  • Excellent user-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong sense of accountability
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments (a plus)
