Job Description

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive Revolut's cloud infrastructure strategy. This role will create a cloud optimization framework for Revolut's cloud usage and costs, drive accountability throughout Revolut for cloud usage by department, and lead negotiations end to end with Revolut's cloud partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Helping drive Revolut's cloud infrastructure strategy
  • Creating a cloud optimisation framework for Revolut's cloud usage and costs
  • Driving accountability throughout Revolut for cloud usage by department
  • Leading negotiations end to end with Revolut's cloud partners
  • Being a subject matter expert on all things cloud and providing strategic advice on cloud related topics
  • Leading negotiation and management of cloud adjacent services
  • Managing relationships with new and existing partners
Requirements
  • 2:1 (or equivalent) STEM degree from a top University
  • Experience in a fast-paced growth environment or entrepreneurial experience
  • Experience in the commercial structuring of cloud contracts
  • Experience with Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps)
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels
  • Excellent negotiation skills and logic in prioritising projects and selecting appropriate partners
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • To be driven, relentless, and a proven closer
  • Strong analytical skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience within the 3 leading cloud infrastructure companies - GCP, AWS, and Azure
  • Knowledge of SQL
