European Markets Supply Chain Planning Specialist

The EU3 PS Market supply chain Operations teams support the hardware businesses for the 3 European Markets (CEE, NWE and SEMA). Our main goals are to support customers orders while optimizing fiscal and calendar quarters attainment, and meeting our regional inventory targets. We interface more closely with Markets Category teams, Customer Operations teams and Factory planning teams. We will be expanding our support to Hybrid categories and are reinforcing our team to integrate them in our existing cadence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations, typically for a large global business unit.
- Independently execute basic demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
- Drive the analysis conducted for backlog management.
- Gather demand data from country, region and account managers to synthesize information using complex analysis, and deliver demand signals to the supply base to contribute to demand forecasting.
- Coordinate or lead regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
- Monitor key metrics, create relevant reporting metrics, and review information for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to priority projects with complex analysis and assist in developing recommendations.
- Communicate requirements and guidelines to the global business unit planning teams.
- Coordinate, develop, and manage a regulatory trade compliance program.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
