Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our SAP Operations Leader to define and implement the company's vision and strategy within the SAP PM area.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend improvements to streamline and enhance efficiency, ensuring maximum uptime and availability of critical assets.
- Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM), to integrate maintenance processes seamlessly and improve overall business performance.
- Master Data Management: Oversee the management of master data related to equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, and task lists, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Process Standardization: Standardize work order processes and procedures in different Plants.
- Route Map Definition: Collaborate in the definition and deployment of future corrective and preventive strategies to minimize equipment downtime, streamline costs, and improve reliability.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for business counterparts and other global and local IT colleagues.
- Expertise in SAP PM: 7 years of experience as an SAP PM consultant, with a track record of competency in the field of SAP PM and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including global programs/organizations.
- Leadership Experience: Sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.
- Management Skills: Management skills, including staff training and development.
- SAP S/4 HANA Experience: Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and roll-outs.
- Metrics and KPIs: Experience in establishing financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs for reporting and performance management.
- Master Data Management: Proficiency in master data management, work order management, and asset tracking using SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Project Management: Experience in designing and managing a complex project roadmap/pipeline.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives and driving process improvements in the maintenance area.
