Job Title: Software Business Analyst

Are you an experienced Software Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be part of a team that provides innovative solutions to dental professionals and patients around the world?

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Software Business Analyst to join our team at Straumann Group Software Centre in Madrid. As a Software Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining, modifying, and reviewing functional and non-functional specifications/requirements. You will work closely with our development team and dental professionals stakeholders to provide fully detailed technical documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and review specifications and requirements, documentation
  • Document, challenge, and clarify PMs requirements
  • Interact with medical professionals to better understand requirements and collect feedback on software products developed
  • Ensure alignment between business needs, UX designs, and technical specs
  • Manage development team
  • Assist the PM in acceptance tests
  • Test product backlog items in integration env. and dev
  • Protect team from outside interruptions and distractions
  • Finds opportunities for collaboration across international teams, works on cross-team commitments, and achieves scale by enabling the work of others
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a higher education in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field. You should have experience in software development and business analysis, and be able to work in an agile team environment.
