Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Science Manager to lead our performance marketing optimization efforts. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive marketing channel efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks and tools to support performance marketing optimization
  • Design and execute experiments to test and refine marketing channel performance
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive data models to optimize paid marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience managing a data science team in a performance marketing optimization role
  • Strong coding skills in SQL and Python
  • Experience working with experimentation platforms and tracking definition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset and proactive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in marketplaces and/or digital businesses
  • Knowledge of Databricks and product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
