About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing business analysis expertise to our clients, utilizing your expertise in data analysis and software development to improve the efficiency of existing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and tools using Microsoft Excel, VBA, and Power Query
  • Provide business analysis expertise to clients, including data visualization and presentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and software development
  • Excellent Excel skills, including VBA and Power Query
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
  • Business analysis certifications, such as BCS or IIBA
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python programming languages
