We are seeking an enthusiastic team player eager to learn and contribute across all departments. Ideal candidates enjoy a dynamic work environment and are ready to assist the deck team with a variety of tasks. Prior watersports experience is advantageous.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate effectively within a team of 8 on deck, supporting seamless operations.
- Assist with guest activities and watersports equipment as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
- STCW certification.
