Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Second Steward/ess to join our team on a very busy, private, dual season Motor Yacht.

The role is primarily service focused, requiring an excellent understanding and level of experience in a range of service styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests and crew
  • Assist with daily yacht operations and maintenance
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient service environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in senior service roles on yachts over 50m
  • STCW, ENG1, PDSD, and B1B2 certifications
  • Schengen visa if required
