Technical Instructional Designer | Learning & Development, EUCF Learning & Development

Amazon EU Customer Fulfillment Operations is seeking a skilled Technical Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of innovative learning technologies and content within the Learning department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, with expertise in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. You will analyze business needs, propose efficient and scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze audience, environment, technologies, content, and operational constraints to identify business-relevant learning objectives.
  2. Design tailored curricula considering UI, accessibility, and DEI standards.
  3. Develop world-class learning products using authoring tools, API integration, and JavaScript.
  4. Continuously evaluate and enhance solutions, considering factors such as quality, business impact, scalability, and sustainability.
  5. Take a data-driven approach to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution.
  6. Partner effectively with technology, operations, and field teams worldwide.

About the Team:

We are a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, media designers, and technical program managers driven to deliver exceptional learning products. We are collaborative, fun, and focused on doing great work while learning and growing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's or other advanced degree in a related discipline (e.g., Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, UX Design). Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles to create intuitive and engaging learning experiences.
