Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot to join our team as a First Officer on the A320 family of aircraft. As a key member of our flight operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft, while providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the A320 aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of flights, ensuring that all necessary checks and procedures are completed.
- Work collaboratively with the flight crew, ground staff, and air traffic control to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the captain in all aspects of flight operations, including decision-making and problem-solving.
- Act as a deputy captain as required.
Requirements
- EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) with ATPL credit or MPL (A) without operator bonding (German or Austrian license is appreciated).
- A320 type rating.
- Multi-engine IR rating.
- Advanced UPRT training according to EASA.FCL.745.A.
- Technical college entrance qualification, Matura, university entrance qualification, or completed vocational training.
- Proficient in English (at least ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4).
- Medical class I including a negative drug test.
- Valid background check.
- EU citizenship or non-EU citizenship with residence and work permit for Spain, Sweden, or the Czech Republic.
- Unrestricted valid passport.
