Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English educator to join our team in Santiago de Compostela. As an English educator at Kids&Us, you will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive and immersive language lessons to students aged 1-18.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans using Kids&Us' proprietary teaching method.
  • Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback to support their language development.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure seamless collaboration and student success.

Requirements

  • Advanced or Proficiency level in English.
  • Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
