Station Manager

About the Role
The Station Manager will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of the location, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Location Management: Establish and maintain a high-performing location, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
- Process Optimization: Implement existing standards and processes, contributing innovative ideas to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the local vehicle fleet, ensuring documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
- Customer Consultation: Advise customers on products and services, sending them on a successful journey with roadsurfer.
Requirements
- Completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar industries.
- Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and the language of the country applied for.
- Driver's license Class B.
