Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Scheduler to join our Central Operations team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of our delivery stations.
Key Responsibilities- Last-Mile Forecasting and Scheduling: You will be responsible for executing daily forecasts, labour scheduling, and routing, affecting tens of thousands of packages.
- Cost, Customer Experience, and Delivery Partner Experience: You will be accountable for ensuring that targets and service deadlines are met, according to regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement and Standard Work: You will be instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the network.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: You will play a proactive role in written and verbal communication with various departments, maintaining Amazon's exceptionally high levels of service, both for our customers and suppliers.
- Research and Analysis: You will step back at strategic intervals to take in the bigger picture and to be comfortable conducting research into process improvement initiatives and taking real-time decisions.
- Reporting and Statistics: You will maintain and report up-to-date and accurate statistics, management reports, and analysis.
We are looking for a team player who is flexible, level-headed, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have solid experience in a Logistics or Transportation environment, we encourage you to apply.
