We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Intern to join our team at Norsk Hydro's Plant in La Selva del Camp, Spain. As a Health and Safety Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of administrative tasks related to health and safety, inspecting jobs and workplaces, and collaborating with H&S Technicians to develop risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with Spanish law.
- Conduct regular inspections of jobs and workplaces to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist H&S Technicians in the development of risk assessments and work instructions.
- Support investigations into occupational accidents and diseases.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote best practices and provide training on health and safety topics.
- Monitor the activities of external health and safety providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You are currently studying for a master's degree in risk prevention or have a degree in a related field.
- You have a minimum of 4 months' availability for a full-time role.
- You possess excellent technical and interpersonal skills, as well as organizational and planning abilities.
- You have a vehicle to travel to the plant.
