**The Role**

We're seeking a talented Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic Brand Management team. As a Marketing Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to shape the customer journey and contribute to building meaningful brand experiences. You'll work closely with our global teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and societal impact.

**Responsibilities**

  • Tackle daily administrative tasks to keep our marketing engines running smoothly.
  • Support and coordinate marketing campaigns, from digital designs to event highlights.
  • Craft compelling content and ensure the finesse of marketing materials.
  • Revise and update brand websites, ensuring updated hero images and brand content.
  • Assure the right changes and new content for the brands in eCommerce.
  • Hone market research skills to grasp consumer insights and monitor competition.
  • Implement Always-On campaigns in Social Media.
  • Work directly with Brand Managers on the development materials for Portugal.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external partners to spark marketing success.
  • Support the execution of local marketing plans.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, or business-related field (completion or near completion).
  • Evidence of active interest in consumer marketing through university extra-curricular activity.
  • Spanish and English proficiency level.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools.
