About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury and Finance Specialist to join our team at The International Air Transport Association (IATA). As a key member of our Settlement Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute bank orders for Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) funds
  • Perform matching activities, monitor bank statements, and address discrepancies
  • Prepare Hinge Account Reconciliations and ensure accuracy
  • Generate external and internal reports
  • Update user guides and support best practices in operations
  • Coordinate with Customer Service for operational inquiries
  • Complete any other tasks delegated by the Senior Manager

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in treasury or finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Access
  • Fluency in English, additional language skills are advantageous
  • Prior experience in the aviation industry is a bonus
  • Key skills include customer focus, learning agility, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and good communication
