**Job Summary**

At Institut Straumann Ag, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Education & Market Execution Manager to join our Global Enterprise Solutions team. This role is instrumental in developing and fostering long-term business partnerships with large-scale Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) across the globe.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement customized and scalable clinical pathways that encompass the Straumann Group portfolio, including implants, prosthetics, orthodontics, and biomaterial solutions.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Enterprise Academy through a combination of hybrid and standard training programs for partner institutes.
  • Ensure uniform and scalable clinical education and enable external partners to activate resources based on regional requirements.
  • Optimize integrated pathways across business units to support Enterprise Solutions and Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and revenue.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in clinical education, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the dental industry, including DSOs and their business models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
