About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing access control solutions for our business and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop firmware for embedded systems using Java and C programming languages.
  • Implement specified solutions in accordance with system architecture and industry standards.
  • Maintain and review development results to ensure compliance with specifications, correctness, and freedom from errors.
  • Create technical documentation and prepare content for product documentation.
  • Engage in independent further training in domain and method competence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (B2 skill minimum).
  • At least 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
  • Strong experience in design and implementation of firmware for embedded systems programming in Java.
  • Proficiency in Linux systems and the Command Line Interface.
  • Knowledge of security for connected devices and measurement tools for analyzing protocols.
