About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cakes that meet our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cake Production: Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to ensure consistency and quality in our baked goods.
  2. Equipment Operation: Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools to prepare and bake cakes.
  3. Inventory Management: Accurately prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth production.
  4. Quality Control: Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure they meet our quality standards, and report any issues to management.
  5. Team Collaboration: Assist the Bakery Manager in developing production plans, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve productivity goals.
  6. Workplace Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, and ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Comply with all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.
  8. Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
