About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Coordinator to join our team at Gestamp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance security measures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of security-related activities.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security best practices and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and near-misses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
