Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of intuitive user interfaces that meet business requirements and ensure a smooth user experience. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving design workshop sessions, developing user flows, sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes using Figma, and ensuring that designs are responsive and accessible to all users.
Responsibilities
- Drive design workshop sessions to effectively scope and prioritize user needs/features
- Walk through the design process, presenting outputs and iterating on any further design/feature requests
- Develop User flows, Sketches, Wireframes & Clickable prototypes (Figma)
- Develop user-centered designs based on business requirements and user needs
- Develop user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes (Figma) to communicate design concepts and user flows
- Ensure that designs are responsive and accessible to all users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
