Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs that meet our organization's needs, from discovery to delivery.
- Research and curate comprehensive training content, leveraging various resources and tools.
- Collaborate with our team to create engaging video content that showcases our training programs.
- Manage and facilitate training events, ensuring seamless coordination and resolving any queries that arise.
- Utilize your technical expertise to design effective training programs, working with tools like Articulate Rise, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and MS Office 365.
Your Skills and Experience
- Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
- University student interested in developing a career in the tech field.
- Looking for at least 6 months part-time/internship program.
- Tech-savvy approach and enthusiasm for learning.
- Good team player with a responsible and can-do attitude.
- Able to use English for communication with colleagues and managers as needed.
- MS Office 365 and experience with video & graphic creation and related tools.
- Basic Instructional Design Knowledge and understanding of Human Centred Design.
- Ability to collaboratively work in a virtual team and good interpersonal skills.
