Job Title: Digital Creative Designer
Job Summary:
The Rank Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Designer to join our team. As a Digital Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs for our digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve existing digital channels and landing pages to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
- Design new digital channels and landing pages to meet business objectives.
- Create captivating visuals for promotional campaigns, CRM, social media, and other channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand-consistent customer journeys.
- Prioritize workload according to business goals and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work with the Commercial team to develop promotional concepts and produce high-quality designs.
- Design, maintain, and optimize digital acquisition channels such as social media, landing pages, blogs, and newsletters.
- Develop all types of graphic content across all channels and brands.
- Collaborate in the creation and optimization of brand manuals, design systems, and style guidelines.
- Collaborate in the improvement and animation of brand mascots and live product streaming contents.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in English.
- Digital graphic design and/or UI/UX-focused training.
- Good knowledge of task management systems JIRA/Trello/Asana, or others.
- Adobe CC expert level (Photoshop, Illustrator...).
- Knowledge of Premiere or After Effects (other animation tools will be an asset).
- WordPress or other CMS knowledge.
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Basic Figma knowledge (or similar UI tools).
Additional Information:
- Some knowledge of Portuguese would be a relevant plus.
- 3D design (Blender or similar) - nice to have.
- Some experience with AI image-generation tools would be highly appreciated.
